Our Policies

Payment Method Accepted Policy

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. To process your order using these payment methods, you must provide a picture identification card or CVV (Card Verification Value) code, full name, billing address and contact number. If any of the information is incorrect or inaccurate, your order will be delayed until all information is confirmed. Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately after the order has been successfully processed in our system. All orders will include local sales tax.

Fraudulent Orders Policy

For all credit/debit cards CVV (Card Verification Value) code is require upon placing an order. Our merchant will verify orders prior to processing to ensure validity. All fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Product Availability Policy

In the event you place an order and the product(s) are unavailable, we will notify you about the status of your order within (2) business days. At that time you will have the option to change the order or request a cancellation. Should you wish to cancel, your order will not be processed and your funds will be credited back to your credit/debit card within (5-7) business days.

Hair Color Policy

Our Virgin Remy Human Hair comes in it natural shades 1, 1B and 2. Please be aware your product may contain light strands. We will not be able to exchange or issue a credit as a result. If you decide to color the hair we recommend the hair is colored by a professional licensed cosmetologist.

Texture Policy

Please keep in mind each weft is unique and contains one donor, therefore no two weft are alike. Our photos are examples of the texture we carry however, each type may still have their own variations.

Exchange Policy

7-day refund policy may be extended as long as it hasn’t be used and in the original packaging.

In the event the incorrect product was shipped, the item maybe return only if the hair is in the original package and the condition it was received in. An exchange will be issued once the hair is inspected. Within 48 hours, you will be notified via email if we accept or reject the exchange. If the exchange is accepted a credit will be issued and will expire within 90 days.

Refused, Failed, or Incorrect Delivery/Lost or Stolen Orders Policy

To ensure you receive your orders please make sure all of your shipping information is current and accurate. We advise you to include apartment numbers and street extension (ST, AVE, RD, DR. CIR, etc.).We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the incorrect address. We will not refund due to the product being shipped to the incorrect address. Once a tracking confirmation is provided, a fee of $10.00 will be accessed in the event the address needs to be changed.
